PROGRAM FEATURES

Learning by doing is the method used to teach the members of the Belize Police Youth Cadet Corp.

As Corp Members work and play indoors or outdoors, they acquire valuable and useful life, civic, spiritual and social skills.

The program has been divided into manageable features, placed under alphabetical headings for easy reference. Each program feature listed has its achievable outcomes and we should aim at fulfilling them.

The Program Features are: Aquatics, Backpacking and Hiking, Business, Camping, Citizenship, Communications, Cooking, Emergency Preparedness and First Aid, Engineering and Pioneering, Family and Community, Fire Starters and Fire Building, Hobbies, Leadership and Decision Making, Nature and Conservation, Orienteering, Physical Fitness and Athletics, and Wilderness Survival.
